The nightmare began when I tried to retrieve the dress I had already paid for in full. Mind you I was only 15 mins away from the store snd I was coming from brooklyn which is a 1 an hour and a half away drive.<br>This rigid refusal, after the significant effort I made, crystallized my conclusion:<br>Horrible customer service! By far!<br>I felt compelled to contact customer service immediately to try and find a resolution and understand why they treat loyal customers this way.<br>Customer: I am absolutely furious.
