<br><br><br>I had been looking forward to grabbing a few accessories before our trip, but what started as an exciting online shopping trip quickly devolved into a total nightmare. I spent nearly an hour selecting items, only for the entire checkout process to glitch out after confirming payment. I was charged, but received absolutely no order confirmation, and the products never shipped. It was incredibly frustrating trying to figure out what happened, and frankly, my experience with the website was so poor that when the site prompted me to leave feedback, all I could offer was utter silence. My feeling was best summarized by the emptiness of the entry, resulting in a blank review. I felt compelled to reach out to customer service immediately because I couldn't afford to have money tied up in a phantom order.<br>Customer: I am so frustrated. I placed an order online two days ago—I believe it was for a leather band and a feather pin—but the page crashed immediately after I hit 'confirm purchase.' My bank was charged, but I have no confirmation email and nothing appears in my account history.<br>CS Rep: I am deeply sorry to hear about that frustrating technical glitch, ma'am. That is absolutely unacceptable, and I understand why you're upset. I can certainly look this up for you. Could you please provide the last four digits of the card used and the exact date of the transaction so I can trace that pending charge?<br>Customer: It was $65.99 on Tuesday morning, card ending in 4567. I need to know if I’m getting a refund or if the items are actually going to ship. I needed these accessories for my upcoming trip.<br>CS Rep: Thank you for that information. I see the pending transaction. It looks like the payment failed to link to an order ID due to a known server timeout issue we experienced briefly.
