We ordered a prom dress weeks ago, and the delivery was promised well before the event. The prom was yesterday, and the dress is still nowhere to be found, making it completely useless now.<br>The horrific customer service follow-up is what truly motivated me to leave this review.<br>Donβt shop here my niece prom was yesterday and she still havenβt received the dress which is useless now, every time her mom calls they put her on hold and eventually hangs up.<br>This utter lack of accountability and communication is exactly why I felt compelled to finally try to engage with customer service one last time.<br>Customer: I am calling about order #MC1029. The prom was yesterday, and the dress never arrived. It is completely useless now.<br>CS Rep: I am so sorry to hear that, and I truly understand how frustrating and upsetting this situation must be for you and your niece. Let me review the tracking details immediately.<br>Customer: Upsetting is an understatement. We have called multiple times over the last few days, only to be put on hold until someone hangs up.
