We try not to discuss Rivens when ranking weapons, but we can't ignore just how much stronger Rivens are on the default Kohm. The Kuva variant's base stats are marginally better than the default Kohm, making the default Kohm's Riven Disposition of 1.3 (as of writing) much more impactful.
