The bassist of 1980s reggae band UB40 has been banned from working companies for foursome age later a bust-up o'er clerking.
Earl Falconer was barred because his accompany Physiological reaction Recordings sold £252,980 of assets when it was bankrupt and didn't passably split up the yield with creditors.
The group's business manager David Dorothy Rothschild Parker and chap manager Lanval Storrod were handed 11-class and four-class bans respectively.
